Climate Tech Academy combines applied curriculum with direct exposure to the tools, platforms, and employers driving climate technology forward. Participants graduate ready to contribute to energy modeling, building decarbonization, and sustainability analytics work in the field.

Delivered in partnership with the City of New Rochelle, New Rochelle Forward connects residents to careers in clean energy, green construction, and the trades. The program is designed to keep opportunity in the community, from training to placement.

NJEJA Green Workforce Training centers residents of frontline and overburdened communities in New Jersey’s clean energy transition. Participants gain industry-recognized credentials and connect directly to NJ-based employers committed to local, equitable hiring.

Our free, hands-on program helps you build real-world skills in two fast-growing areas: Weatherization and Electrification. You’ll train with experts, earn industry certifications, and get career support from day one. Whether you’re starting fresh, switching careers, or returning to the workforce, this program gives you real experience for real jobs in clean energy and building trades.

The Offshore Wind Construction Training Program is a FREE, hands-on workforce training program designed to prepare New York State residents for high-paying careers in the rapidly growing offshore wind and clean energy industry. This program is open to all New York State residents, even if you have no prior construction or technical experience. We train you from the ground up.
